A half day workshop for 4-20 people.
This workshop takes you through what you need to do before starting your business to ensure you will have the best chance at being successful.
It also touches on how to measure your success, how to manage your accounts and what needs to be done by when.
Forecasting & Budgeting
This is usually a full day workshop and is very hands-on as we not only teach the reasons behind why it is so important but also the very practical skills so that attendees go away having learned how to create their own forecasting spreadsheets. We encourage everyone to bring their own laptops and work with each individual.

Research & Planning
Have you thought about how many roofers there are already in your area? Do you know how often a roof needs repaired and is there enough work for you all? This workshop takes a more in depth look at what research and planning needs to be done and how to do it, including the tools available to you. This is a 2 hour workshop and is available for 4 to 20 people.
